Standard accessories for the ET1000 include interchangeable pans and scrapers. Users can readily switch between 2 1/2 quart and 7 quart double boilers, or use the single lower pan of either size. Matched Delrin scrapers are provided for use with each of those four pan options. Two “stirring feet” are provided, a longer unit for the larger pan and a shorter one for the smaller pan. Also included (not shown) are two custom thermocouple probes.
